Feature documentary (currently in production) following the story of a community of experimental aircraft test pilots, designers, and engineers who design, build, test, and break records in home-built aircraft when they aren’t at their day jobs - which range from drone test pilots, to commercial astronauts, to designing commercial space flight projects.
together, they form a brain trust that makes up one of the most unique AND dedicated communities in the world, which at once feels like a mix between "fightertown" as depicted in top Gun, and silicon valley.
